Aaron's

I have been a customer of this store for several years now rented and purchased several thing from them and so has my family and never missed a payment nor been late. The staff has been more than proficient until lately and it almost hurts me to say this because I was over the moon with my last purchase with Aaron's. This one not so much, I left the store feeling like it was Christmas. I had turned in an item that just didnt meet my needs and had started to fail and started a new rental agreement on one that would meet my needs. THEY ASSURED me the old rental would be taken off and I would not be charged. Well guess what...I bet you guess it it wasnt and as a Disabled Veteran on a budget they SAY they reversed the charge (the whole rental agreement, I found out today that wasnt even true) to try to correct it. No reversal as of yet and I am waiting because I have no money for other bills I have to pay. Thanks Aaron's hope this works out or I will no longer do business with this company after this debaucle.

Aaron’s on commercial way is the place to be. Associates over there understand the struggles of a human being. I have been back up on my bill but I continue to pay what I can and they allow themselves to be courteous to everybody that is struggling to pay. Doug at Aarons has been so kind to me and understanding since this hurricane and other things that have been happening in my life, and they have continue to allow me to still pay my bill, no matter how much I throw down They are very nice people over there and I am grateful and appreciative of their time and their business. Thank you‼️

Friendly atmosphere. Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable. Computer and phone system leaves a lot to be desired. Casey and Donna were very understanding when I needed to exchange my television due to issues with wanting to stream my local cable company. All in all the staff was knowledgeable,professional with a pleasant and positive attitude. Will definitely recommend this store to family and friends

They have someone call Nancy that doesn't care about the customer. I called trio let her know that my husband is at the hospital and she told me that she don't care, when asked for the manager she says that she is the "manager" and told her really... and she change the version to account manager. Told her that I do not want to talk to her and she said that she neither want to talk to me. I really don't know how she got there if she is what she said because she do not have any customer service. They should have to give her some business and customer service classes to her.

My family and I have been a customer of this store of this store since August of 2010, we have purchased several televisions, stereos, washer and dryer, bedroom sets, living room set and even a PlayStation 4. The staff is amazing they treat you like family. I like the fact that I have additional warranty on my products. The ability to have items delivered and setup by their staff is always a plus. Thank You for the great service.
