Happy's Bradenton employees are the greatest. Whatever I need they always have and always take great care of me. The regional manager Raul has been amazing. I have been a satisfied and happy customer since Jan 2019.... If you havent been there to meet everyone you need to. I highly recommend them...

I’m changed my review because when life happens bills fall behind these people don’t care. They will harass you over and over. After my sister got behind being in the hospital and communicating with those people to pick up the merchandise- they still called and came by then I spoke to the manager and not even 30mins later another staff member called again about a payment. Why schedule apt to pick up if every single day you’re going to call and show up. This was a sensitive time and the lack of communication was just over the top! There’s no professionalism at all. Only 1manager Lewis seemed to apologize for the over contact.

First and foremost I want to say I love this store and all the employees that work there. Big shout out to Omar! I have been working with him for over 6 months and has never let me down. He has worked with me when i was down and most recently due to Helen my couch was destroyed and he processed a claim for me and assured me everyday he was checking the status etc. Claim was approved and he allowed me to get a replacement that I wanted. Omar is the man and he cares about all his customers! I left RAC and Aarons because of Omar. Not only that they have great inventory at fair prices, fast delivery and will try to make your date happen! The delivery guys are Awsome too! Fast, friendly and hard working! They all deserve raises and new incentives! Maybe owners can throw them a pizza party too! Thanks guys!!!
