The manager was very helpful. However, I have experienced with your Sanford, Florida location. I have been a loyal customer since January 2025, with three active contracts for a bedroom set, dining room set, end tables, and a rug. I have always paid on time, typically on the 15th of each month. However, several concerns have recently caused me significant frustration and stress: 1. Excessive Collection Calls: In October, I informed the store that my payment would be a few days late and would be made on October 20th instead of the 15th. Despite this prior notice, I received four to five calls daily regarding the payment. These repeated calls caused unnecessary anxiety and felt excessive given that I had already communicated the delay. 2. Unjustified Trip Charge: My account shows an additional trip charge that should not have been applied. I was not informed about this fee in advance, and no qualifying service or delivery occurred to justify it. 3. Unauthorized Insurance Charge: I was charged $213 for an insurance policy that I did not request or agree to. I expect this charge to be reviewed and removed from my account immediately. This practice need to really be looked into . I suggest going to Aaron’s or Dee’s Bargain Deport for your furniture needs.
