If I could give zero stars I would. Andre quite literally threatened my husband over a washing machine and refused to clarify what he meant by that. Trash person willing to borderline harass people as if he’s a cop when he’s really just power hungry. Sorry to anyone who interacts with him.
We have used them since we moved to Florida and always have loved Andre. However yesterday when I got a knock on my door from an extremely rude woman after trying to make a payment Friday (but their system was down) was extremely distasteful. She didn’t know the amount and wanted cash and was just nasty. I’m now paying off one piece of furniture, returning another and closing this relationship Andre knew on Friday I authorized a payment. I told him he could take a payment or call when the systems were up but instead I get a truck at my house. That’s laughable and also disappointing
Anyone who gives this place a bad review needs to look in the mirror! I've purchased items here for years, and have NEVER had a bad experience. They do what they have to get u what u want at a price u can afford. Also in the last 20yrs, I've purchased 3 computers over the years and I never had a problem with any of them. I simply needed to upgrade. If u need to make a late payment, they make it happen!! They always make u feel like you are their favorite customers.
My friend Derek and the rest of the crew here are awesome. Great customer service and very understanding. Always has my back when im in need. I wont shop anywhere else.
The staff is amazing, fair. The store looks amazing. Really clean and neat. I will definitely coming back very soon.
