⚠️ If you’re thinking about shopping at these locations, don’t do it! It’s the worst — save your money and avoid bad experiences. The staff is terrible, they charge you three times the price of the item, and the service is awful. From the heart: save yourself the trouble and buy your items somewhere else. They don’t help you, they ruin your experience, and they even take money from your card without authorization.

Ms. Monica and Mr. Kenneth were great! The atmosphere was wonderful and they went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the furniture I wanted. Thank you for being a great help today!!

When I Went to the store I asked for a monthly payment option. I see that I was step up for a Biweekly payment option. Also Why am I paying for a benefit package which I never asked for. Poor service and listening at these stores. Then rudeness from the store manager. I believe that these store should be close down for misrepresention.

Monica as always was the best. She was there all by herself working dealing with preparing for black Friday and customers and taking care of my sales. I'm a returning customer and over the years have been too notch professional. I pray she continues to manage and be well compensated highly. Monica deserves all awards and thanks and appreciation. She deserves it.

My experience here was nothing short of amazing! I was greeted warmly and felt like a family member prior to my departure. Every team member I encountered was respectful, helpful and professional and above all else they all had a welcoming spirit. I can't say enough amazing things about this location. Please forgive me if I don't remember names but from the young lady (Lauren) who answered my call as i was in route from another location, the sales associate (Kenny) who drew up my contract, the gentleman who delivered my furniture (Brayvon) all the way to the manager Monica! You all are amazing and the spirit you guys possess speaks volumes to your work ethic! keep up the great work. God Bless
