Teresa and her trainee were very helpful and knowledgeable they were even hospitable offering us bottles of water while we waited for our paperwork to be done .

I would never buy anything from this place I spoke to this dude ask him questions he acted if you're in jail or he have a problem with asking questions and kept hanging up in my ear and telling me stop calling and the only thing I'm asking him for the corporate number because him being rude to me anybody knows the corporate number of this store please feel free to give me the number to this guy is very nasty and do not deserve to work there for customer service thank you

Be careful with this place, they are irresponsible. I ordered a bedroom set that was never delivered. I called four times and they always came up with a different excuse. Besides that, they did not return the money I paid for the deposit. They are thieves who take advantage of people's needs. Be careful with this place.

If I could leave zero stars I would ,not only was the washer and dryer they brought me smelled like Mildew and this being the first NEGATIVE experience I’ve had with a RAC but I’ve been doing business with rent a center for years utilizing 2 different stores and the manager at the Port St. Lucie Rent-A-Center is very professional and courteous, but this clogged person just ended a lot of future business with me and friends as well and so I didn’t want to tarnish the name because of the mildew washer so I was ordering them to pick it up and start a whole new contract with two new items I have never used a “privately owned” rent a center And I NEVER will again , well needless to say the customer service with Claude was absolutely horrendous and he’ll call you cursing at you if your 3 days late for 30$ , Claude raised his voice with zero deescalation skills and because of it it became a shouting match and I cancelled a future order of another 3000$ because of it .

Excellent customer service. In the past year I've had the chance to deal with everyone on some level and I always feel like they got my back. Especially through pandemic and new policys that kept normal operations from happening, they remained professional. They always put customers and employee safety first. Thank you Louis and Albert. Tip your delivery guys they work miracles with small doorways 🤗
