The WORST. Max will call and harass you and leave you nasty voicemails.They’ll process your payment and then try to process another payment the same day like you didn’t just make a payment literally. Max also gave me false information when I first signed up. This place has been the worst to deal with, with the most unprofessional staff. One week past due and they are at your day to take the merchandise. Go to Aaron’s not buddys!!!

Edith is the most amazing genuine professional person I have Ever met she has made this experience extremely special on top of that super easy! I have always been scared of renting to own but she has completely changed my mine! The 6 months same as cash make this even better! I’m so thankful I just moved into my new home and need a washer and dryer ! I not only got that but a beautiful couch as well with an amazing deal ! My experience was exceptional! The prices are always reasonable, the furniture quality is great, and the customer service is unmatched. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Especially Mrs. Edie and Mr. Reid, who always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Their delivery service is just as amazing! They’re always on time, professional, and careful with my furniture and home. They make the entire process easy and stress-free every single time. I called today to make a payment, Crystal spoke to me as if I told her to apply to work at buddys. Her attitude was very poor. I usually talk to the guys in the store and they are very respectful so maybe she is just having a bad day.

The gentlemen Jimmie and Stan that deliver the furniture were professional and cool as heck. They delivered and set up safely and quickly. I definitely recommend this company and location.
