These people are good people ..... there so good in the fact that I can't say because I wouldn't want people to take advantage of them and I have gotten into it in there even went to corporate. It's not the problem its how people handle the problem and the empathy and respect is always there .. . I was not right 100 percent.... I just finished paying off 2 items and I know they would let me come back..... that days alot and we lowkey fighting the whole time..... listen to me .... there good kike the owner the w men the the guy thay comes and gets your stuff when you dont pay is good 👌 like good person if they took it or not ..... to not judge the shop by the Spanish women that works there ...... there 2 men are very good men

I used to shop at the Apopka store but now this is my store since moving out to Deltona. I came in on Wednesday and met Jessica. She went above and beyond with helping me with exactly what I needed. She is very professional and treats you like a friend. I will definitely continue to business with this store and Jessica as well.

Edgar has always been a great manager, helping with the problems of daily life that arise. Keith and Hector are also very knowledgeable and always willing to assist me with anything. I have been with this store in particular even though I live in Deland for years because they make me feel like family. All of the employees are great and I will stay here forever..Great Job!

I had been a customer here for many years and had purchased and paid off multiple items. The very last thing I got here was a TV. I had bought the extra insurance and it was just my luck that a few weeks before making my last payment the screen started acting up. They sent it off to be "fixed" only for it to be returned and had more spots on the screen then before. For the next several weeks they had my TV for repairs and I had a loaner TV in the meantime. Needless to say my TV never got fixed and so I asked if I could just keep the TV they had loaned me. This loaner TV was on sale at a marked down price of $900 and it was a lower grade TV compared to the one I had (mine without the added interest was priced at $1400). The only difference was that it was a 52" and my TV was a 48". They didn't want to do that. It took almost 2 months and me taking it all the way to the district manager to finally get a resolution and I was able to keep the loaner TV in place of mine. They made out better then me. I have not returned to this business since then and returned the other 2 items I had with them because they lack in giving great customer service and abiding by their policies and making things right especially when a customer has the extra insurance to cover things like this. They would rather lose a good customer then to provide excellent customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.
