Wouldn’t even sell me the laptop I really needed to streaming because I was associated with somebody that they needed a payment from so because of that they wouldn’t sell me Jack my advice is do not be associated with people that owe payments. Otherwise you won’t get nothing in return💯🤬😡

The managers that seem to work here are consistently a bunch of scammers. The old manager Luis used to overcharge people and pretend they didn't make payments, now the manager Kevin doesn't seem to know what 2 weeks free means. I am RARELY rude, but if you don't know what 2 weeks means then go back to school. We paid an initial fee and we're told we got 2 weeks free, but only ended up having 1 free week and we're immediately charge and now racking up on late fees when we weren't supposed to even be charged. He says I was being rude when I told him that 2 weeks is basic math, but yet acted narcissistic trying to turn the tables on me saying I don't understand the agreement. 2 weeks are 2 weeks, what's not to understand. They are getting reported. Oh and I love how they only contacted my spouse back after over a week and only after customer service hours were done. I rarely leave reviews, I hold those special for either the best or worst in a business. I'm so done with this location, that will be the last we ever deal with them.

Rent a center is the worst place to rent or pay for services. I have expressed to the employees a thousand times over that I get paid on Wednesday evening but they insist on charging me for my PlayStation on the Saturday directly before my paycheck so they can continue to charge me a late fee. Worst experience I have ever had.

We never rented furniture before and we were not sure what to expect. We are glad we did and we are glad we chose this location to do business with. Christian the manager was professional, helpful and always answered our calls, questions and concerns in a very nice manner. The two gentlemen that made the delivery of the furniture ( Junior and Lionel) and then made the pick up, were beyond nice. They really deserve 10 stars. They wrapped all the pieces in thick covers to prevent scratching the elevator or walls and they did a great job setting up the furniture. The condo maintenance personnel that had to be present during the delivery / pick up of the furniture are very difficult and they managed to get them onboard too. In general, we had a great experience and fully appreciate everything that was done. Thank you.

I had a Great Experience I bought my sons bedroom set here im very happy with it. The staff is really nice and friendly. I never missed a payment when I was done with all my payments the staff memebers and I believe their managers actually came to my hse with treat's for Halloween for my son and Great offers so unexpected and made me feel good as a customer.
