Eileen and her staff at Rent A Center in North Fort Myers are top notch. They came and installed a new washer/dryer set for me. I didn't have to lift a finger. They professionally installed the appliances and hauled my old one away. Anytime Ive ever had an issue with a product Ive gotten from them they have gave me prompt attention and took care of the issue right away. Im happy to recommend them for home furnishings, appliances, or electronics.
Do not shop at This store, they are filled with disrespectful unprofessional workers all the managers, false advertisement along with harassment and coming to my house taking photos of my car trying to collect furniture before the time is due I paid, I am a widowed mother of 3 boys working 2 jobs, this store needs to be shut down they do not work any payment arrangements at all all they do is call and harras do not go there
All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. I was very pleased by everything. Store manager and Jon were very lovely people 😊
This is Nicole again. I couldn't do another review since I just did one a couple days ago. I was back in today to get what I needed. CARLOS BLEW IT OUT OF THE PARK TODAY! HE'S AMAZING. HE LISTENED TO WHAT I NEEDED AND GOT IT DONE! THANKS TO YOU GUYS MY HOUSE IS ALMOST COMPLETE THE WAY I WANT IT I THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! I'm a single mom who had to leave a lot behind bc I couldn't get it and Carlos just helped me make my house a house for my kiddo and I! You guys are great! Thank you Carlos I'll see you soon for those tables and the dining room to complete my home!
Carlos made the process fast and easy. Carlos helped us twice and each time he was fantastic to work with. Made us feel like we knew him forever. If I ever need to, I would definitely go back. Great customer service.
