Placed an order online during Presidents’ Day. Paid and signed agreement. Never received a call from RAC to confirm order or schedule delivery. 2 weeks go by, I receive an email saying my stuff was delivered. I figured that meant to the store since I didn’t receive my order! I wait for them to contact me to schedule delivery. The next day I open the app and my order is gone and cancelled. No reasoning, no communication. Absolutely insane! Such terrible customer service. I’m not surprised in 2026, but this is so pathetic and so lame. Clearly you need some better employees.

This store and its employees are amazing! The store manager Charles and his employe Rae were able to help me find everything I needed and wanted and when it came to payment day and if I didn’t have enough at the time they were both always understandably and helped me solve the problem of paying and worked out the payments. So paying was never hard. Their delivery guys were awesome as well when it came to helping install the items and checking them if they worked correctly. Friendly people and funny as well. This store should definitely get some sorta good bonuses for their 10/10 customers service! I will continue my business here!!! BETTER THAN ANY RENT FURNITURE I KNOW!

I have been a customer for this particular store for years now. The service still remains the same the customer service is top notch. I love the way you are taken care of as part of the team. I am going to keep coming back the store Manager and his entire staff are very knowledgeable when you have a question. Yayyyy to the Naples Store!!!!!

These guys are great. They have fair prices. They have great deals to walk out of the door same day with an item. They will work with you if you’re late on payments. Overall, give them five out of five stars. Check them out they have some really cool stuff.
