My first and second time coming I dealt with Phyills she was amazing she made me feel so welcomed, she helped me both times get what I came in to get. She was very professional! She definitely does an amazing job at her job!!! :)
I had the pleasure of talking to Christi today. She was awesome. Patient answered all my questions about the computer I wanted and lease terms and agreements and any other concerns or question I may have had. She’s got great customer service skills keep killing it and ty.
When my mother’s washer died out of no where I looked at a few different options for replacement, getting it fixed, purchasing a new one or even used. I was unsure what the best option was and didn’t want to inherit someone else’s problem. I had recently paid off a lap top through Aaron’s so we stopped by to see what they could offer. Garrett was super helpful showing us the best priced options and making sure it fit what my mom was looking for. The application process was very easy and before long we were choosing a date and time for delivering her new washing machine! Overall our experiences with Aaron’s have been amazing and with the 120 days same as cash option you really can’t go wrong!
I had an issue with installing my gas dryer and Dennis from the Longwood Location, went out of his way to resolve this problem. I’m so grateful and I recommend this store 100% I also bought my Couches at this store. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable and accommodates their customers with hours of delivery and making payments. Thank you so much! I’m a very happy customer 👍
