Worst experience with a furniture company in my entire life. My furniture was delivered damaged and one of the manager I caught peaking through my living room door. Furniture was not covered in plastic. It was raining and the furniture got wet. I was late two weeks because of changing Job. I gave promise to pay on Saturday, but while I was at work today they came for the furniture. Nasty Hatian manager name Maxi, disrespectful to me texting calling me a liar. Don’t do business with this store. They are not professional at all.
They only get 1 star so I can post the review. Very unprofessional and will harass you even when you make payments every week and are not behind. Max is rude and unprofessional. Will call you up to six consecutive times back to back even when your payments are on time. Stay away from this place and Max. My payments were made online and they don’t keep up with their records. Rented a speaker and kept telling me they are coming to pick up a tv. Get your facts together before you start harassing ppl.
Customer service has been excellent from the very beginning. Max and his staff has been very compliant at what they do by servicing their customers in store or by phone overall I’m satisfied with the services they render to me.
It definitely pains me when there are certain employees who don’t value their position and respect their customers; due to their lack of manners and unprofessional behavior, that it effects the company in general. Then people wonder why they are so many bad reviews. Well, I took it upon myself to write a review regarding a dilema I had with this location and it back fired. Nothing disrespectful, just a minor complaint that I wanted to address so what happened to me doesnt happened again. The reason why I wrote a review in the first place , is because the way the service was handled was unnecessary, they weren’t consist , their information was no assuring and never made sense. I simply wanted to make sure it didn’t have to happen again. Not only was I mistreated, I was outcasted by the store manager due to what I believe for is a personal reason. I purchased a sofa set online 2 weeks ago and everything went through and I received a delivery date. I emailed all documents needed to verify my account and they assured me everything was okay that’s the following Monday they will deliver order. I must make it clear, the moment I input my order I never once received a call from the store to confirm my order. The day my delivery comes, I wait patiently but received no one has called to confirm and still no one from that rent a center called me, so I took it into my own matters and called the store personally to ask the whereabouts of my order. They were oblivious and kept giving me information that was not adding up. They mentioned they were short staffed and they needed more information to verify. ( Something that should’ve been done the moment I placed my order online) I then proceeded to email all the information needed to finalize my order and they rescheduled my delivery once again to the following Monday. With in that time, I would call this store just to confirm and each time I was handled with no kind of respect and I felt as if I was a nuisance. It’s Monday, and my bank is charged the payment due and I call once again on the day of delivery (today) to once again confirm (something they have to do, which they did not) just so the store manager to get personal with me and he came to the conclusion to cancel my order with out calling me or sending an email to inform me of any changes, they refunded my payment (which I haven’t received) and they denied doing any service with me. When I asked why, the store manager said due to my bad review they no longer want to do business with me to call corporate. Mind you, it’s been two weeks I have been back and forth with this store and I’ve gotten no where but neglected and pushed around because of a personal reason. I contacted corporate, and the gentlemen was very kind and assured me not too worry. He informed me, the reason the store manager decided to cancel my order was because of bad language, which is completely false information because not once did I get disrespectful. I am currently waiting for a call back from the District Manager to hopefully get this resolved, have my soda set delivered and hoping this doesn’t happen again to me , to you, to anyone. Personally, I want to order from a different store because I feel as if there is already bad blood and I already feel profiled, judged and mistreated. I my don’t mind being the bigger person and swallow what is hard to chew and continue with this location but I am truly afraid there’s sabotage in play. Everything was fine, until I made my first review. If I didn’t have a voice and I kept my concerns to myself and allowed such horrible service, I would have probably received my sofa set today as scheduled. I never cried to hard and I just had a new born baby and I’m a stay at home mom. So forgive me for being extremely hurt and emotional. All I hope in the end of all this, is we all get our sides heard and take accountability in the areas where this store manger has done wrong. It’s hard not too feel targeted and I am beyond frustrated with this situation. All in good faith and much love. Bless this establishment as well.
I love the customer service at this store. They all go the extra length to help and make you feel comfortable. I wish some of their other locations had a team like this. Keep up the great atmosphere. I really enjoyed making my purchase there today.
