I’ve rented three beautiful teams from renter center. The staff goes above and beyond and even has picked up my payment after I was hospitalized I couldn’t make to the bank. Mrs. Pat professionalism creates a peace of mind and she always follows up and make sure I’m happy with the merchandise. I definitely recommend renting from this location especially if you don’t have the money up front to buy furniture after moving into your new home. 5 star service

Do not get anything from this rentacenter location !! I reported my playstation 5 as faulty with a damaged hdmi cord they said they would be able to repair it but the repair man hasnt been by the store so they would let me know when to drop it off. They never contacted me for the repair never offered a replacement and now that ive paid it off they refuse to do anything about it when i reported it twice and was never contacted i now have a 1200 dollar ps5 that does not work thanks to them do not go to this location !!!

I would strongly caution anyone thinking about doing business with this Rent-A-Center. I signed a rental agreement that clearly spelled out my payment obligations—yet the staff took it upon themselves to create their own “policy” that isn’t in the contract. Instead of handling payments like professionals, they showed up at my home, knocking and beating on my door, trying to intimidate me into thinking I had agreed to that. For the record: my contract says nothing about surprise house visits on the day a payment is due. I was more than willing to communicate and make payments as agreed, but harassment and intimidation are not part of the deal. If you value respect, professionalism, and honesty, I’d recommend finding another rental company. Rent-A-Center needs to learn that customer trust is earned through service, not scare tactics.

Absolutely the worst company ever!!!! My CONSUMER RIGHTS have been VIOLATED by 1. They will try to contact you off their personal cell phones, 2. They reached out to someone that I never listed as a reference to contact as well disclosed my personal information to that person! AND 3, after account was in positive standings they still showed up to my house demanding I was late. (Proof pictures of driver at my property while account was current, and screenshots of phone numbers that have tried to contact me that are not listed for this company) After trying to get in contact with the district manager, I didn’t receive a call from the DM UNTIL 2/3 weeks after my initial complaint! I’ve called the solution center ample of times to report this matter only for them to add Patricha (rude, distasteful African American lady at this location) to the call, I was repeatedly called a liar then Patricha disconnected the call prompting me to call customer solutions again with NO RESOLUTION. Currently looking to retain a lawyer as this seems this will be an ongoing issue and violation of my rights.

I know I am behind, I have had a few tough situations come up during this current rental. I tried explaining my history of having the successfully paid off rentals prior to this one and was told by the manager Gina that there have been better paying customers in the past. Then being told my history means nothing. Again I'm taking responsibility for being late but to be demonized, disrespected, and talked down to isn't necessary. I did let her know I am again writing a review about this and then being told that about her job she will gladly take it. That leads me to believe that is the type of unprofessional behavior that you want. That you promoted her because she could be disrespectful to your customers and she will be rewarded for her performance. So since this is the type of person you employee, I am going to write a review on every platform everyday for the next thirty days. If I am going to be demonized as a customer and disrespected for having hard times then the same will occur.
