My family has been with Aarons for well over 10 years; we usually go to the one closer to us off 17-92; working with Eddie is an absolute pleasure; HOWEVER- this particular Aarons had an employee; older gentlemen with a blonde ponytail that was gaslighting us- we watched the young lady from our regular aarons CALL this location; for a computer swap out and when we arrived he claimed he recieved no such call and I had to turn around and call our regular Aarons; If you have the time and ability- DO NOT waste your time at this store especially if you see him; Go to the Aarons off 17-92..Eddie and his team are a delight.

I ordered a dryer almost 6 weeks ago, no dryer was delivered, no communication about the status of the dryer and yet they continue to try to collect. When I called the LW store to inquire about it, the employee basically pushed it onto another store and hung up on me. I’ve bought and paid off two large purchases here and will NOT be considering this franchise again. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Colby was awesome and very helpful with the overall process! Made it less hectic and overwhelming, and he called ahead of time to make sure the time still worked for delivery! Very personable!

This was a horrible experience. The sales rep or whoever she is had an attitude from the beginning. First the store was closed when the sign said it was opened.. then she had an attitude about us being there mumbling under the her breath and then she was going back and forth with me.. that’s is not how you do customer service.. definitely won’t be doing business with them

Very helpful, Jessica was Awsome. We had decided on the refrigerator we wanted before arriving at the store. After we looked at it and talked about the process and details, we were out the door in 15 minutes happy that our purchase will be delivered on the following day. Great job Aaron's staff. I'm sure our next purchase will be from you Jess.!!
