Ordered a washer from them. Store manager called directly after order had been processed said they would call back after the item has been received in store to setup a delivery date. That was January 3rd. Here it is today January 15th, I called the Aarons customer service line to cancel the order and the representative let me know that the item had been delivered to the store on January 6th and that they couldn’t cancel the order because the item was already at the store. So after FINALLY getting someone on the phone here at the Lake City location, I got the order cancelled. Just bad customer service on their part. Person who picked up the store phone wasn’t even apologetic and/or never even asked why I wanted to cancel, etc; Definitely will not be ordering from this location again

I hope I didn't make a mistake! I ordered a washer and dryer from the Lake City Florida Aarons on 9/23/2025 it was supposed to be delivered 5 to 7 Days later. It did not show up. Today is Saturday the 4th of October. I called them, I was told that they can't deliver it for two weeks, but it arrived on Thursday the 2nd. I picked up my washer and dryer on 10/07/2025. I wish this process was quicker and more enjoyable. The employees today we're nice The washer and dryer work good . Communication is the key to great leadership. All the Glory goes to God.

I have been a long time customer of Aaron’s. However after dealing with the store in Lake City I will never suggest anyone shop there again. They (especially the manager) have such condescending attitudes and act as if they are so much smarter than anyone that would shop there. They even tell you not to go by the online account information because it’s always wrong but how can you track your money and make payments if it’s always wrong. I RTO a refrigerator from them a little over a month ago. The freezer would not freeze even the tiniest ice cubes or ice cream. I contacted them and told them I needed a new one. When the new one came to my sorrow the refrigerator can’t get above 49-50 degrees even with thermostat wide open. All my food is now spoiled. The freezer works on this one though. I called the store this morning and before I could hardly explain anything I was faced with the manager’s attitude AGAIN! I was going to request we go with an entirely different brand and style because this model clearly has problems. She quickly bit my head off shouting it’s your fault it’s your electric. Wait… I’m an electrician and HVAC and I know all my refrigerators work where this one now stands. I know it’s got to be a problem with the thermostat or control panel…. Not my recepticle. She would hear nothing of the sorts. Her only thoughts were to pick up the refrigerator next week and to hell with the fact that I still needed a refrigerator. Save yourself a huge headache and shop somewhere else. This store is quick to let you know they don’t need anyone’s business. Just stand in the store and listen to how they speak to people and you’ll see for yourself.

Washer and dryer were supposed to be delivered. Was given no notice of when they would be there except I was supposed to take the whole day off because they can’t give a time frame. We’re told we would receive a call 30 minutes before delivery only received a call about how it couldn’t be delivered because no one was home. Had to go pick it up myself and they told me the wrong location of where the dryer was being held at. Would not recommend purchasing from here if you have a busy schedule. The dryer came with dents scratched and dryer lint. They didn’t even bother to clean the item before selling it. Will not purchase anything else from a company who doesn’t care about their customers time being valuable. Everything is dirty no respect whatsoever for this company. Would have gave 0 stars if it let me. Make sure your used items from here are actually cleaned like they said they do before you end up like this.👎

I give 5 stars because people are not perfect, time and unforseen occurrences happens. I ordered online, i was told they could deliver on a Monday but it was a mistake and it was delivered a Wednesday. The staff were nice and pleasant. They are busy and sometimes the phone rings for awhile,which shows how busy they are. Anytime someone answers they are very professional and polite. They delivery people were so sweet and helpful. Thanks you for your help.
