Delivery was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The team even helped set it up and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Customer service after the purchase has also been excellent. Anytime I’ve had a question, they were quick to respond and always professional. I have been a customer since 2017 with Buddy’s Home Furniture, whenever I moved, I moved with them, the Jeansen beach store is the best, I don’t know what would I do without them, those guys work with me even when times is tough to make payments, all you need to do, is to communicate with them explain your situation and they will work with you, just be honest and transparent with them.I am blessed to found them, they make it easy for me and my family,I am a single Mom who works long hours, my house is furnished because of that store.I am grateful to them for their service and kindness.
Derek was great, not pushy ,the process was easy, He even made suggestion to fit my budget, and I was able to get everything I wanted. Buddy have quality merchandise.
Shane has been amazing since day 1! Recently I had some issues making my payments and he was very understanding and worked out a plan for me. Highly recommend
