the quality of customer service at this location has fallen so bad. I placed an order I set a delivery date. On the day of delivery, they arrived early with no call to inform me they were in area for early delivery time. They used call before to be sure you where home. That was just the start of it. When I called, I was told the driver would come back, two and half hours later I called back to see status on driver I was told he would be there before one pm. I then get call that driver can't make it and to come to store to pick up the item. I Drive to store to find out the driver was still working and was not away for an emergency and that the item was still with him, instead of trying to reschedule the delivery the in-store rep calls the other rep to see if they told me to come to store to pick it .. as though I would lie about them telling me to come in!! really why not try to resolve issue rather than make me feel as though I was wasting their time. An all-round bad experience this location will be avoided form now on I have paid off and bought a lot but not form this location.

worst experi once ever. My 78 year old mother called to cancel her contract on monday april 7 2025. after stating that they attempted to pick up the recliner on monday and tuesday. she gets charged on wednesday for another month. Manager was extremely rude and stated he made attempts to get past our security guard shack with no avail . Security calls us whenever someone isn’t on list to enter and i have received no such calls. Today on wednesday April 9th 2025 I spoke to said manager who stated he supposedly sent eddie out to get the recliner and wasn’t able to get past security a. I requested mothers money back since they clearly have not tried to retrieve the item , manager states that’s not happening. He would however have someone here today to pick up the chair. 7:30 pmm and no one has shown up . Spoke to complaint line and awaiting regional manager to step in. and weary of this company. they are predatory towards the elderly we have experienced this first hand. I’ll provide stated resolution whe. it occurs. Again stay away from aaron’s haines city location!

They are rude when the sell pre leased furniture they do not sanitize it before they send it out. I also called early enough to have it returned the only day they could pick up my furniture was the day after the next payment was due. But the still took it out. This aarons is the worst company I worked with. The manager never calls back the employees don't call back. DONT EVER USE THEM THEY ARE THE WORST.

Customer service is slack at best. I’ve left 4 messages for the manager so far and have yet to speak with them and, the last time I had called, I was told that there wasn’t and messages attached to my account at all. I’m paying for a damaged television that they brought to me and haven’t been able to get this resolved due to extremely “slack” customer service and support. At this point my only resolution is to send it back or take it back myself. I’m very dissatisfied.

Great price on a huge couch, but when I went to buy it, they charged me 3 times saying the payment hadn't gone through. Even though it clearly had come out of my account all three times. I've been trying to get my money back and at least get a delivery date for 5 days now. They said it was an IT problem and to call back Monday. Now, when I try to call, it says the number is out of service. Great customer service, but I really just want to know when I can get my money back from the extra payments and when I can get the couch I paid triple the price for.
