These ppl are ridiculous 🤡 been a customer for very long time with many items && you asked them because of the holidays to pay the following week instead of weekly I needed a week extra & they call You DAILY!! Then I make a payment MIND YOU my payment is not due until SATURDAY. I make a payment of the past due on Friday & put a new order in. My bill IS NOT DUE UNTIL TOMORROW. I call and the guy answers and tell me he is not putting the order through until I pay the bill THAT IS NOT DUE YET. Excuse me? I have been a PAYING loyal customer & that’s how you treat your customers? Cool. I said no worries - cancel it. Not even five minutes later, somebody else from Rent-A-Center calls me and puts my order through. This business is a joke. I ended up telling them to cancel it. All they care about is the money they don’t care About their customers or Helping anybody out. Especially the ones that Have been with them A long time.

Horrible place, They constantly call and harass you when payment is due even if you have communicated with them what is going on. They called my work place 4 times in a matter of 15 mins even after being told I was not there. They are rude and completely disregard you when you have an issue

Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional! The manager started yelling at me as soon as I asked for a summary breakdown to pay my final payment. He even started threatening me. Now I understand why they have so many bad reviews. Believe the reviews!

I give them a two star because they not good at listening.. when you ask them to do things they claim they will do it but then don’t. They also will help you when things go bad but they will mess with you at first and not do it right away until you get on them.. but over all they are ok to rent from

Very unprofessional to the point where I had to get an attorney involved as they almost caused me to lose my job, they keep forging my signature to extend an agreement. I am currently still making payments on top of the fact that I paid cash for a replacement. They continuously randomly go into all of my bank accounts every 2 weeks. This specific location is running some type of illegal thing. They are frauds and will speak with anyone regarding your matter - breech of privacy and Brian is the main culprit. For lack of better words he is very rude and dismissive and will hang up on you in the middle of conversation. Has threatened to sue me, even though I am still making payments. It was so bad to the point co-workers and VPs at my job got involved because they were discussing my account with every single co-worker they came across. I suggest that if they are giving stuff away DO NOT stop by and pick out anything, because with this store in particular they are frauds, They harass their customers, forge their signatures from old signed agreements, and threaten their customers and will do anything they can to intimidate you to try to get money out of you.
