I went to make a Amazon Return and even though they show in the Amazon site, they don't have the system or don't even know How to take your Returns. If Rent-A-Center made a deal to get more people walking to their stores returning Amazon, at least do the work!
Terrible experience. I will never do business with Rent-A-Center again. The constant calls and pressure around every due date for just $30 are unnecessary. It feels more like harassment than customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Also, since when did they have my consent to contact a distant relative for a last payment of $30? I’m not a lawyer but it sure does not sound legal to do so!
Starting with Karen who helped with our order a women of patience, kindness and sweetness who knew her stuff to our delivery by Mason and Kedeem everyone was top notch. The delivery was fun actually met Kedeem from my old neighborhood. Found out we were born a block from each other in FarRockaway. Both of them were great. Overall great experience. Thank you
I have been a customer with RAC since 2000. They never dissappoint. Staff is always pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed. It is this type of service that keeps me coming back.
I want to thank the store manager and the delivery guy who definitely came through today for us and our autistic son. They went above and beyond to get us our bed today instead of Tuesday so we had something to sleep on in our new place. I highly recommend this store. Thank you so much. (From A very tired mom)
This is by far, I mean by far, the worst customer service opportunity experience I have ever encounter as both a customer and retail background going on 40 plus years. I am simply flabbergasted. DO NOT ENGAGE with this company, this location, their products and any of its vendors, banks or employees. Their staff is entirely inept, unable to understand English and cannot follow through with the simplest situation, scheduling delivery for a $4900 order. Even their financing "arm" deceives the desk and purposely waits for the customer to just give up and accept an order that started as a 2 cushion sectional. If being stupid were a crime, rent-center would never see the light of day again. If managers actually read these reviews, please cancel my entire order. You know who I am. You will find the junk near a dumpster behind Riverside Hotel on Las Olas.
Absolutely love this rent a center!! They were on top of getting me my lovely furniture, recommend 100%, they work with you when you’re just starting off. The most praise goes to Calvin! He went above and beyond and wanted to make sure I got everything I needed. Thank you Calvin!!!!
