Like others have said if I could give 0 stars I would. I was told they were short staffed I started off speaking with a Maria who was nice and professional but apparently had some kind of personal home issues and Miguel took over, my item was supposed to be delivered days ago but was repeatedly rescheduled due to them “not being able to get in touch with” my references or my landlord. After checking with my references and their call logs, I was able to tell that nobody reached out to them. Nobody left messages, which is the opposite of what I was told. When I confronted Miguel about this, he said to have them call him. I said no that is quite literally your job, and then I gave him a couple more references to try and he said that instead he would go ahead and just refund my money. So now I’m out a washer because this dude doesn’t want to make phone calls.

If I could give no star or even negative stars I would. On October 16th I started an agreement for a washer and dryer. I was told by store manager Keysha that It would be delivered Tuesday Oct.21st. We went over my employment etc and everything should be set. Oct. 21st came and no one showed up I noticed in my app it said Oct. 22nd so I called the store. keysha told me she didn't know why it said October 22nd and that unfortunately the truck was already out for the day and that it was full I was very understanding because I know things happen she told me that it would be there for sure October 22nd that she had a guy that was working that could bring it and we went over everything including auto pay etc we were supposed to be set to go. I even got a text message saying the washer and dryer would be delivered October 22nd between 1:00 and 3:00. I rearranged my daughter's specialist to make sure that I could be there at this time well 3:00 p.m. came and no one showed up so I called the store and spoke with the gentleman and he told me that he didn't know why she told me they would be there today because they do not do deliveries on Wednesday I explained to him that I rearranged my schedule today to make sure I could be here and that originally I was told it would be here Tuesday and that she told me it would for sure be here today after the mix-up this gentleman then told me that he had to call her he placed me on hold for about 10 minutes and then came back to the phone and said that she was not answering the phone and that he needed to get a hold of her and that he could bring me the washer and dryer but it wouldn't be until after the store closes at 6:00 but that he wanted to call her and that he would call me back in just a few minutes. I waited another hour and never heard anything so I decided to call the store again this time someone named Miguel answered and transferred me to the original gentleman I had spoke to earlier in the day the gentleman told me that he got a hold of the manager and that it looked like we still needed to verify some things I informed him that we did all of that over the last two days and that I was supposed to be set to go he then told me I was never enrolled in auto pay even though during my phone call on the 21st she was supposed to enroll me because my card was on there but for some reason it didn't enroll me he then reiterated that he still didn't know why she told me it would be delivered on the 22nd he then asked to place me on hold again in about 3 to 5 minutes later he came back to the phone and he told me he was going to load up the washer and dryer and he would head my way in about 30 to 40 minutes he confirmed my address and my phone number I thanked him and apologized for being so Stern on the phone expressing that I knew it wasn't his fault I waited until 9:00 p.m. on October 22nd and he never showed up he never called me to tell me he wasn't coming nothing. So now not only have I wasted my time waiting on this person for 2 days I also had to rearrange my daughter's specialist appointment my time is just as valuable as theirs and this is poor customer service this is not how you treat people I feel lied to and that down by this company and here we are October 23rd and I still have not heard from anyone and now my delivery time says between 10:00 and 1:00 today the fact that he told me he was coming and never showed or even bothered to call me back to tell me he wasn't coming on top of everything that happened prior to this it's just unacceptable to me

The manger is very nice she will help u in anyway she can nice place to get your furniture from
