I just came back from Georgia. I was in desperate need of a bed. Renaissander in Deerfield Beach, literally delivered it to me. The next day in Plantation, I am so grateful, so appreciative, thank you to you and your staff for bean. So friendly, efficient and always treating me like family. I've been coming to you for years. I rented a refrigerator from Rent a Center and purchased their option insurance that covers you for payments if you lose your job involuntarily and file an unemployment claim after being unemployed for 15 days per the insurance company. I filed a claim with the insurance company and they advised me to notify the store that they will be paid once the claim in settled. The store has no idea how the insurance works and is demanding me to pay and threatens to harass me. I have called the corporate office four times and was promised a call back from a regional or district manager and I never receive a call back after multiple attempts. This is Insurance fraud, they are selling insurance that they do not honor. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU ARE SMART
Horrible customer service. I placed an order online and was never contacted to schedule delivery. I had to contacted them. I was assisted first by an agent Manny and he advised me to call back at a later date and speak to Elise ( sorry if I spelt her name wrong ). However, Elise is very disrespectful and has no communication skills. I asked to speak to someone else and she refused to let me to speak to someone else, she just talked over me and told me numerous times of the documented she needed. I wasn’t even able to ask how do I submit the documents, in person or in the store. She just continued to rant on into I had to hang up and call back then I was assisted by Manny again and he told me I was unhinged because I was frustrated due to me asking numerous times how to submit the required document ( not at him but the previous rep ) however he was disrespect to me. He then told me they would cancel my order in 3-5 business days from today Wednesday 04/17 which means April 24th ( 5th business day ) of the order to be cancelled. So I asked Manny will that be Wednesday of next week, he called me unhinged again and said 3-5 business days. I asked him how am I unhinged by counting the business and confirming that’s when the order would be cancelled? Just overall very very very disrespectful agents, they are embarrassing the rent a center organization as a brand. I called them over 3-4 times.
