Went in today to make a purchase of a dresser, set up delivery for 10/23/2025. Then received a call saying Scott said we have to make a two week payment before delivery. We have had to return things due to financial issues and have paid several things off as well. Scott has a problem with us and we aren’t sure why. I’m not sure why we have to make a 2 week payment before delivery since it’s a penny down other than he just wants to be a jerk. We will not be doing business at Aaron’s any longer and you should be careful when renting from this store. If I could give them a 0 I would. I literally called to speak with Monica because she called about the dresser and Scott answered and he didn’t even have the balls to tell us we needed to make a two week payment said he would have her call us back, she didn’t so we called back, she told us Scott said we needed to make a payment before delivery. So we called back and spoke with him and again he told us the same thing, so when we asked why he literally said because we had 7 orders that we returned before the first payment was due, that was a lie I went back through payment history and there were 2 of them and they were canceled before they even got delivered. We have been a customer since 2017 and have purchased several things and paid off before the cash price expired and here is a so called manager deciding to not go by the advertising information, that’s one penny down. So they have now lost a customer that has been a good customer and I will tell everyone I see going to purchase from so place not to go to Aaron’s because the manager doesn’t understand that when you return something because you have lost your way to pay and don’t want them to have to still drop said item off and then come back to pick said items up. So if that’s there shady practices I would go else where to purchase product .

Ok so I just dealt with a grl named Heather!!! Absolutely sweet as pie, and a great sales person.... Grl can sell ice to an Eskimo!!!! Definitely made to sell!!!

I love this place- the ppl who work here are by far the most awesome people to know. They called me last week to wish me happy birthday, but they’re so much more than thoughtful. These are the above and beyond type, they work with any financial situation you’re in and make you feel special. Such a great place especially if you need a few pieces and don’t have a lot of extra cash to drop. Yes, you will ultimately pay more for the item, but you could never have had any of it without their trust. Love them- I would have given 5 stars, but they don’t have a lot of inventory on hand, that is truly the only reason. You can order whatever though, so take that into consideration
