I needed to stage a home immediately, and for the first time, called my local RAC. Shantoria was very responsive - all was done via emails. The next day, furniture was delivered, placed into the correct space and put together. An excellent experience all around.

Never ever get your furniture or anything from this place. They're rude and unprofessional. And God forbid something comes up and you forget to make a payment the exact hour they say it's due. They call nonstop. If your two or 3 days late on a payment they show up very rudely like They're gonna do a repo service. Which good luck.They Don't say good morning how are you. Just rude and a little hostile. I wish my wife would've listened and never got anything from them. It's overpriced anyway.
I have been renting a beautiful set from Rent A Center for several months. Their customer service has been outstanding so far. As long as you communicate in a timely manner concerning late payments, they are more than willing to accommodate you. Compared to other rental places, Rent A Center has the best quality furniture and service!
Th customer service is great here! Everyone greeted me soon as I walked in the door. Lisa the assistant manager directed me to the kiosk where she helped me look for future furniture pieces. I love the furniture here as well. I’m really considering coming back here to get a few pieces for my new apartment
