I can’t begin by telling you how amazing Ken and the staff are at this location. I had multiple back surgeries and was having trouble finding the right bed. Ken and his staff went beyond measures to help me do just that. I highly recommend this location for rent to own. Excellent job and thank you for your dedication.
This is the greatest team I've ever worked with. I've specifically had the best experience working with Ken. As many of us were impacted by COVID, I too was laid off from my employer. Ken went above and beyond and delivered an exceptional experience for me for the last 12 months. He made sure to find every way possible to set us both (Rent-A-Center & me) up for success. Today, I successfully paid off my item and I know that having someone with a heart as big as Ken's, superior level of empathy he had to my situation, and honest, transparent communication were the reasons this was possible. It's easy to lose sight of your clients and to dispose of them when things get rocky, but experiences like these are why I would gladly chose to work with this location again. Phenomenal job to this team! I highly recommend them.
