Worst experience of my life very unprofessional they refuse to take responsibility when they make a mistake instead they will try to blame you for their mistake even when you prove them wrong instead of owning up to there mistake and apologizing they will just try to blow you off and make excuses very unprofessional rude childl like behavior do not recommend

I have dealt with them for years. The last several months has been horrible.:: I had to send my refrigerator for repairs. Comes back with mold and roaches.:: ROACHES. I had noticed that since they had gave me a loaner I seen a bug here and there. Now I know.. I’m so pissed!!!!!!!

made a payment of $176 on the 27th of June for the Oculus I've been paying on for MONTHS ON, and for a laptop. I returned the fridge because I waited for almost 2 weeks for someone to come help with the fridge and they said they'd come and never came but were snappy with an attitude when called biking for a fridge I told them to take back. May have had a few dollars owed for the Oculus and laptop?? Because my father was passing for the screen on the 3rd, and he did, as did I. Then, showed up at my door still wanting me to pay one hundred and sixty-five dollars like if the fridge wasn't back since last week! No adjustments, no good faith for all I've been paying while they offered mediocre service, at best! They were petty and have cost your store hundreds with me alone. And the driver spoke of "next on the list", when he arrived. This I, by farthe worst experience I've EVER had when financing ANYTHING!! And I've BEEN passing HUNDREDS, EVERY MONTH, for almost 2 years!!! I am going to make sure to post this review everywhere I possibly can!! Heartless thieves that stole from my special needs soon who's disabled, and my disabled self whom have been paying hundreds on SSI to Aaron's of Chiefland, FL who were petty and, after billing is for almost $200 still came boiling is for a refrigerator we returned a week ago and decided they just wanted everything back, even though WE PAID!!!!!!!

Always helpful and had the Refrigerator I needed. Even helped me on the weekend.

If you want to have no customer service hospitality or positive, helpful interactions, this is a great choice for you! The store STAYS short staffed, meaning I had to load up all 4 of the rather large major appliances I leased with them, and upon my moving out of state, they were booking out for almost a month and a half for them to pick up the items for return. Mind you, this specific location is only 25-30 minutes from my home. And its not just the timing of the holidays and busier time of year; this has been ongoing since earlier October. Sweet employees, never rude or out right unprofessional; The store just needs better management and staffing efforts in my opinion. Hope this is helpful to someone!
