Rent-A-Center

(💩EXTREMELY POOR RATING💩). ("TRASH BUSINESS") because payments are still being taken out of my account after ownership. Casselberry location. In the Publix shopping center. 💩Why didn't anyone catch this?????? 💩How many customers or ex-customers have you done this to?????????? 💩Is someone or the company pocketing the money?????????

Had a super smooth experience with this store. Called several times to get information and inquire before signing my contract, and they were always polite and helpful. Was easily able to speak to a manager when I needed to, and things all ran as scheduled. Was pleasantly surprised how easy the whole thing was! Would recommend even for a quick rental like ours was.

Horrible company and, a horrible store. Never get a loan, or borrowed product from this location, and avoid the company in general if you can. The store manager just looks at you as $$$. Thats it! You're not a person, you are not a customer. You're a digit. A digital currency. Just as the company does. Which is why they as a company have had numerous problems or complaints. Including the 2023. Won't go there, but there's no customer service. There's no understanding of help. Once you get the product you want, you just become a number. They don't care. The store manager is so egotistical, doesn't know how to listen, who also, doesn't understand any word you speak. Just so self-driven, and only cares about that product. Not you. Call you 10 times a day, even though you have told them numerous times about things. They try outsmarting you into a guilty conscience, but in the end make them, the store, and the company look bad. Corporate call me, when you are ready to make a business deal. Give me the company. It's a joke and your bad repetition is not going to change under Rent-a-Center. It's not. I'm a businessman who doesn't seek self-financial gain, but the help of others. You are literally running it to the ground. I could run that store and make money. I could run that entire business and company and make it more profitable, and meaningful than how it's being run. They shouldn't even be open as a company in the first place. For those who know or don't know. Never trust rent a center for anything. Let them meet their demise. Take your $ and business elsewhere. And whatever you do, avoid! Trust me!

My boyfriend thought it was time for a bigger bed since we added one to the family . I believe it was the manager that helped us but the process was so quick and easy , and I he helped us find the best deal on a bed and we love it.. the delivery was smooth Alex was amazing , he helped me put it exactly where I wanted it . His customer service is wonderful. There was another guy but I didn’t see him much. Wish I could add photos but I’m laying in it 😂😂

My initial experience was incredible, great customer service, fast and friendly delivery. Loved everything about it. I just expected for the quality to be much better for the extremely high price I'm paying for my bed set. The boards supporting the mattress are already bending and warping just from general usage at night and I really haven't had it that long. It's unfortunate but besides that, I've loved my rent a center experience.
