I’ve used this store for years 10/10 recommend store manager is the best. And his staff team is great also!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional ,poor management and disrespectful treatment I experienced at your location. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The behavior of your staff was unacceptable not only were they dismissive and unhelpful, but their tone and attitude toward customers showed a clear lack of professionalism. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Rent-A-Center and how it values its customers. I strongly urge management to review how employees communicate with and treat customers. No one should feel disrespected or talked down to when simply trying to make a payment or resolve a question. Based on this experience, I will no longer be doing business with Rent-A-Center and would not recommend your company to others until serious improvements are made in customer service and professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not experience the same level of disrespect that I did. Assistant manager Ron is a terrible person ! And his leader Charles as well specifically at the Del Prado location!!

After dealing with pookie Ron Ron your store should have a 10 plus rating. When I arrived at the store letting pookie know my name and what I was looking for Ronney the manager had let me know my options Ronney or also known as pookie Ron Ron gave me amazing customer service. He told me how he only lets his close family members and friends call him pookie Ron Ron and honestly I can see why with the outstanding service he provided. Thank you so much pookie you’re the best !

Jennifer had a misunderstanding. We asked for the bed and the bed frame and she only gave us the bed frame. How rare is it for people to only order a bed frame? My wife called when we only received the frame, Jennifer was there and we heard the conversation she had with her supervisor in Spanish in the background and she claimed we only ordered the bed frame, which is not true. The manager tried correcting her mistake by giving us a discount ordering the bed, but we were still displeased with this location making us pay more. We had no choice at that point since it was short notice with what we had going on. We would have looked for other options if Jennifer had given us the right info.
