The best experience ever! The staff are welcoming and helpful, specially the store manager Robert, nice guy and he does everything he can to help.
The staff at this location were super nice and understanding, they helped me come up with a good payment plan for an item I personally never thought I’d own. So I appreciate these folks a ton, for any items ya may want/need, reach out to the Callaway store, they’re the truth!
This is the best store hands down! I came in this morning picked a washer and dryer and Mrs. Lisa had me in and out in no time. And the guys delivered it this afternoon. They were all so nice and professional.
My washing machine and dryer both quit working at the same time. I can't afford to replace them both any other way. I tried Aaron's rents first but they could not help me. I have dealt with RAC before in the past. I have always appreciated your services. I have never had a problem with obtaining anything I have needed. You guys are the best. Thank you
Robert the manager at the Callaway store is by far the best understanding, professional manager I have seen in a company in a long time. It wasn't just one occasion it was multiple. He was awesome at the 23rd street store as well, then the current Callaway store. I most definitely wanted to leave a review/comment somewhere,so hope this makes it to public and everyone to see!
