I got a dryer from them that worked when it wanted to. I was told that a loaner would be brought out and it would be picked up and taken to be serviced. Well they get here after waiting over a week. In the meantime they took their $97 payment but I've only been able to dry 2 loads and because it decided it wanted to work while they were here they can't do anything. So instead of taking the dryer anyway to have it looked at they told me to hire an electrician to come check my electrical. Are you serious. So I basically ran up my electric trying to dry clothes with cold air only to have to then have to line hang them it work 2 times for me for $97. Laundry mat would e been cheaper.

I first gave this place 5 stars when I first purchased my couch. They were wonderful to me during the purchase. However, I will be taking my account to a different Aaron’s! They have made sure to call me to tell me I didn’t make a payment real quick, when in fact it had been made. They just did not look at my account properly. But my question is have they called to tell me they are coming to fix a recliner on one of my couches I got? NOPE! They have known this recliner was broke since the day it was delivered. Now all I get is excuse after excuse!! Either the part was on back order or they don’t have a technician. After speaking to another manager at a different store, he immediately informed me it should not be taking this long! Therefore, if you want to shop at Aaron’s DO NOT go to BROOKSVILLE!!

Krystal and her team acted quickly with assisting me with getting the appliance that I needed. Coming in the store I was greeted with a smile by all of the staff present at that time. It was definitely a great experience working with the team at Aaron's.

Highly recommend working with Samantha. She is very thorough about the process and will definitely have an answer to all of your questions or concerns. If I could rate her customer service out of 10, I would rate her at a 100. She is awesome and I felt so welcomed by her. Thank you so much for all that you do!

I have been dealing with Aaron’s for about 4 years and I must say they have been good to me. My furniture I got from them is exactly how I received it...very good quality!!!! The team there has constantly went above and beyond to assist me when I wasn’t able to make a payment...very compassionate. I had the pleasure of meeting Samatha and she has truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience with Aaron’s at the brooksville location was epic! I give them 5 stars. I’ll be back soon y’all!!!!
