Veronica and her team are absolutely amazing! I work on the Sales team at The Watermark at Marco Island, and they’re always my first call when I need furnishings for a family. Veronica is so responsive, accommodating, and gets us on the delivery schedule right away. Her team is professional, efficient, and always so kind to our staff and members. Veronica truly goes above and beyond every single time. Thank you for all that you do You’re my go-to team, always!

This rent a center, really all of them are such a joke 😂 their customer service is complete trash they can’t even understand their own promotions and god forbid you’re late on a payment they will threaten you (happened to me) ended up reaching out to customer service and the store was actual at fault and ended up taking money off my owed balance and paid the couch off but they won’t rent to me now because I wouldn’t put up with their lies and bullshit 😂

Me and my mom went to make a deal on a piece of furniture , when my dad went earlier w my mom they said payments would be up to 9 months. We went in the afternoon to make the deals and the front desk ladies were very very rude. They ended up saying that payments were only for 6 months and kept contradicting themselves . They made my mom pay an insurance we did not want to pay , they began to tell us that we HAD to pay it regardless of my mom saying she did not want to pay it. Reason being because last time we did the insurance covered NOTHING . My mom is a spanish speaker and so were the ladies they started treating her like she was stupid and have us terrible customer service . What was very rude is that they began speaking in english saying “who can’t afford an extra $10” whether or not we can pay it that is not their business and have no need of talking behind our backs. The lady probably thought I didn’t understand what they were saying. We have been customers for YEARS and the service just gets worse. I called and to my luck the manager was the rudest lady. I do not recommend this place AT ALL ladies like I said we’re super rude . My message to those ladies ,If you don’t have the patience to deal with customer , then don’t work there !!

Upon walking into the store, my husband and I received a warm welcoming from Ubaldo, a staff member. He was extremely attentive, pleasant and patient which made our shopping experience amazing. He took the time to ask us what we were looking for and walked us through the store to show us many options including new inventory. When I couldn’t decide he went online and showed more style options/ colors that we might be interested in. Initially, I was indecisive and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Ubaldo wanted to ensure that we would be happy with our purchase. When we finalized our purchase he made the process very seamless. We walked out of the store with a smile! I recommend this store, hands down. Thank you , Ubaldo ! We appreciate you. Your customer service is exceptional!

Horrific customer service, I have been a customer for years and never called for assistance, my washer broke down and I contacted the local store for repair - since It is under the warranty. I have made 49 out of 64 payments. They said they would arrive between 4-6:30pm that day- my only day off so I made sure to be home and waited. No one showed. I called the following morning and asked if someone was going to show. One worker showed up unprepared to do the job by himself, he repeatedly told me they forgot about my work order because it wasn’t written on their board. He spent more time complaining about not wanting to unload the water from the washer than trying to load it and do the repair. He said he would need to come back the following day with more time - they open at 8am. I told him specifically both days I had to leave by 11am for work. I called the next day and the Manager was extremely rude claimed I had made late payments in the past and that I have dogs and I told the other worker to not come so he was not going to do the job. He said the customer is not always right. I will be contacting the corporate office, it’s the Holiday weekend and this never should be the situation someone is left in.
