Everyone in there is very nice and helpful. They will do their best to get you what you need its a very easy process from start to finish and they have great prices. Any time they didn't have what I wanted.The store manager went above and beyond
It would be working with this rent a center if I could have worked with the veteran than a clerk trying to feed me bs. When someone says can I work with the vet. It shouldn't matter if he or she is the store manager. Obviously there's a reason why I asked. So again as a veteran and tired of people trying to push there way around I guess I have to push as well to get a pint across. I do not like working with civilians when ot comes to buying things that are going to either go in my home or affect my family. I didn't appreciate your attitude when I asked for the veteran. So no I will not buy using this location. Thanks.

Helpful, friendly staff and management!This was my first time to visit this store/location and I was very pleased with the service. Jeff, the Store Manager, went out of his way to show me around the store and online furniture rentals. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for furniture.
This is the second bedroom set delivered in a month. The first bedroom set was delivered incomplete. I was told I would have the rest in 3 weeks, never came, I called and was told 10 weeks. I picked out another bedroom set and look what I received. The guy dropped the dresser out of the truck. They had to leave for over an hour because they couldn’t find the screws that were clearly in the night stand. They come back and put the bed together with the side rails upside down, a screw sticking out of the back. The front of the headboard is coming off. I was assured that I was getting a good condition bedroom set. The delivery guys have no clue, bickering at each other and in a rush so the job is done all wrong. Do better Rent a Center, do better.
