I LEFT MY JOB AN HOUR EARLY to be there because the delivery driver asked what time will I be there. I’m home waiting, no show. I call to see what is the hold up, they say delivery has been backed ip all day so they’ll deliver the next day. Why DID THEY NOT SAY THAT WHEN THEY CALLED TO TELL ME THEY DISCOUNTED THE ITEM DUE TO MISSING PIECES!!! I’m very upset - I could’ve went somewhere else, & I’m really pissed because I have to wait to get my money back!!! POOR COMMUNICATION!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE A STAR, especially after the sales person kept saying “we gave you a discount”…that’s no deal for me when a major piece is missing!!! It should’ve been discounted!!! What about me missing work? Compensate me for that!!! Just like yall have a job to do, others do as well & I LOST IN THIS SITUATION!!! I LOST ALL ACROSS THE BOARD!!!
This company keeps charging my cards and I have asked them NOT to store my card on file. This has happen to each card that I make a payment with. I have been on the phone waiting for the General Manager for over 25 mins. Do rent with this company. They are a rip off. I'm paying over $2000 for a use washer and dyer.
