What to Expect at This Store
Visiting a rent-to-own store is straightforward. Here is a general overview of what to bring and how the process typically works. Requirements may vary — contact Rent-A-Center directly to confirm.
What to Bring
- Valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter
- Proof of residence — utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your address
- Personal references — typically 3-4 contacts with phone numbers
How It Works
- 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
- 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
- 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

Your employee, Tasha had a despicable, discriminatory biased attitude towards me and because of this I will no longer be banking with the TD Bank
The customer service at this bank is terrible. While discussing an issue with a bank teller, another teller—who was already assisting a customer—interrupted with an incorrect statement. She didn’t even hear the full discussion before involving herself. Instead of causing a scene, I chose to leave. I will be closing my account because I want my money in a bank that values its customers, listens attentively, and doesn’t talk over them.
Happy New Year! I have always had a 5-STAR experience here! Unfortunately, a couple of Sundays ago, the teller seemed to have some personal issues going on. Her salutation was not chipper coupled with her mood being a little somber. I told her jokingly, “where is the love?” She gave a half-way reply and smirk. I love her braids and have asked for her stylist’s information on a couple of occasions! They had given me a shopping bag previously. The bag is pulchritudinous. Unfortunately, the straps became unhinged on mine. There were a few on the counter, so I asked for one. She really became somber. She mumbled, “why are these here?” She was hesitant to give me one; however, she grudgingly did! I laughed to myself. I went to the lavatory, and to my dismay…she had removed them LOL! The caucasian guard never speaks. I always speak, and it is two-fold! I am amicable coupled with being raised well! It is proper etiquette….one should speak when one enters a room. Hence in customer service, employees should always speak coupled with making you feel amazing that you choose their establishment to partake in being a valued and a potential returning customer. I know I came closer to closing time…maybe that was a contributing factor for the unnecessary shade!
I lost my card so I had to actually go into the bank. My teller was Andee , Andee’s customer service was amazing she smiled and greeted me she asked questions and offered me other services the manager was amazing as well I don’t remember his name . But Andee was really nice
