I live in Dover but I only rent from Wanda I stopped going to RAC when Wanda was fired from the Dover location. BUT WHEN I TELL YOU I HEARD SHE WAS IN SMYRNA from someone at the Dover location when I was very hesitantly gonna go back to them wayy before they closed down in Rodney village.. when I tell you I rannnnn. I did NOT rent from Dover I went straight to Smyrna! Walked straight out of the Dover location. Because WANDA GETS IT DONE! She takes into consideration of sizing and door openings and whatever the case may be you WILL WALK OUT 110% satisfied GUARENTEED! Looking for a price range? She can do it or better.. looking for something specific she doesn’t have it? SHE WILL FIND IT! Point blank period! Very knowledgeable in furniture now electronics? Julio is the way to go. Everyone in there if someone doesn’t know the other will. There is NEVER a lack of information. I’ve bought paid off in full several items. And whoever said their wife got arrested and the bill was paid in full and still got arrested nah either ur lieing or she lieing to you! Cuz ain’t no way.. I’ve NEVER had this experience.

Our dryer went out and the new set was backordered a month so we needed one in the meantime. Wanda was great! Very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to rent a dryer. She had the paperwork done very quickly, and we were able to get our dryer delivered same-day. Thanks Wanda! The delivery guys were super nice and very respectful. Good job!
I recently got a bedroom set delivered and I really cannot be happier. The two men Nate and Jaleel were SOOO great!! Both of them were sincerely very down to earth people and always greeted me with a smile. Everyone in the RAC facility in Smyrna location were just as amazing. I felt welcomed and helped all the way through. The movers took care of everything just how I imaged they would; with care and ease.. despite the heat.. they kicked @$$!! My bedroom looks amazing and had no problem moving things to where I wanted them and even made great suggestions. I would totally have these guys do my moving every time. Julio initially helped me pick out a set, and walked me through the process as I have never done anything like this before. I really am impressed and wholeheartedly in LOVE with this staff.
