If I could give Aaron’s a zero stars I will , these people are inconsiderate unprofessional I ever dealt with in my life . My mom have been a Valued Customer Since 2009, they never properly gave my mom her paper work when we got our furniture set which allowed them to pick the first of each month, which is very inconsiderate cause why would you put the payment for the first when people don’t typically get paid on the first but let’s not forget to mention they cracked our long chair trying to fit it in our house. Then we had a talk with the district manager which was no help what so ever allow his general manager Chris as they call her talk to us any type of way saying she doesn’t have to listen to the district manager this is her store. They constantly harassing the woman that is in our old place she kept telling them they don’t stay there and you know what ty told that woman he doesn’t care he gonna keep banging on the door now what kind of person say some mess like that to an older lady . I wouldn’t recommend going there 0/10 highly don’t recommend. They need to be closed down or get new staff how is this every okay to talk to their customers when they’re in the wrong
Be careful and read everything they don't explain things very well keep all records and payments made so if you need to dispute your purchase you have proof. I won't be using this company in the future
Today was the worst I called to make a payment I told them that I was only making a Partial payment . The lady kept trying to get me to pay more I told her I don't have it. She was taking my payments and then I heard her say you going to have to be mad at me I toke the whole payments. I told her I don't have that amount to pay right now. She would not let me talk to the manager. She told me she could a refund but they to take a 100 dollars out my out to me a refund. I told have 100 dollars and my account. She said we'll it's nothing I can do for and my manager can't help. So I called back later and she told to call back in ten minutes and the manager will be here for you to talk to. I called back and she tell me the manager can not help. I called corporate they told me that they could have refund me and I would get my money back today. The email the manager and now it's a waiting game. If she doesn't apply I could be waiting a week for my money. I promise I will never deal with them. I even called another arrons and they was upset. They would of did all they to help me. Am going to change stores to finish paying off my things. Am really upset. We're I had to get because all she kept saying is I can't help and my manager told me it's nothing we can do.
Ordering was really easy. Having a hiccup with actual delivery. Things happen. Supposed to be delivered today. We will see. With that aside, an employee named Tara has been great. Her customer service skills are Immaculate. She's very humble and kind.
Over the past 5 years, I have dealt with this location a few times. I have never had any problems! Everything we purchased was new, so the condition was never a problem. On time delivery and set up. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Everyone has always been easy to talk to, even if I had some trouble with a late payment. I would definitely recommend this location!!
