I give it 5 stars for online use, but 3 stars for customer service. Everything Ive needed or help with online has been spot on not one issue. However with the customer services I bought an x box and was told that it was brand new and clearly when I opened the box it was not. It came with no wires for the x box and the controller was broken. I'm not someone that complains to get free stuff so I went ahead and just bought the things I needed for my x box but they knew what they were giving especially since I tried helping out by picking it up myself since there driver was behind that day. Other than that it's been great the man who dropped off my washer and dryer was perfect he cam get 5 stars as well he was very respectful and fast with his delivery with no issues.

When you have an emergency going on they should be more understanding especially if you've been with the company numerous years. They do not care, all they care about is their money. You are just another number to this company. My son is getting brain surgery at AI Dupont there's only one parent allowed in the room so the other parent has to be on zoom or something along those lines my phone was locked after I told the young man that I would pay later that afternoon. It's a shame I used to think Rent-A-Center was the best around

The worst rac I've ever dealt with. Bogus contract for an item we don't have. P Numerous failed attempts to deliver proper product. Just can't seem to get 8t done while we still pay on wrong product. Manager is extremely ineffective. District managers are even worse. They're just about collecting paychecks. Corporate idiot rushed us off the phone. Payments are stopping as of today.

I purchase a washer today. Customer service was excellent. I want to give a big thank you to Brian he was very helpful gave me a great deal on my washer and great Customer Service. I walk out a very happy customer.

Let's see how it goes after having a bad experience the first time. I decided to give them a second shot this time Bryan was my representative he was extremely pleasant, and reassuring that the things that happened the first time wouldn't happen again and made sure he had my brand new phone ready. I'll keep you updated on how it goes.
