I recently purchased a living room set. The managers were sooo nice and helpful! They helped me find a great deal. Definitely great customer service!
There okay here but they call every week and we have 3 items... My friend is mentally challenged. He paid off the dryer in full.he broke my washer.. Now here's my story: A real salesman would have talked my friend into buying a washer with his $100 dollars off seeing as though he just paid for the dryer.😔 Now he's in a contract for over $2300 dollars while they got money for scraping my old washer...now I have a dryer in my hallway... I told my friend to find out if there's a grace period to give the washer and dryer back and get into a used front loader washer and let's plug in the dryer I rightfully own!! He gets nervous around these guys down there for some reason. So many mistakes from previous sales personel and he even had to help lift then he hurt himself...He wouldn't report it saying he's okay.. When I post a "review" I get called up by the manager saying it's a bad review...he's your customer treat him right..P.s Thank you for helping him today with the laptop..but talk him into just obtaining a washer.. Thank you signed his best friend not his wife...
