When I say I'm done with Aaron's I'm done!!! I made a payment 2 weeks ago and was told my payout price,I called today to make my payment I was going to pay it off until I was told it was $30 more than what I was originally told and the store manager had no excuse, and my payment was $8 more I said why she said late fees I was late paying my last payment they charged no late fees, every time I make a payment is always something and if I'm late I'm probably a day or two late she gave me an amount to pay off in 2 weeks when I go to pay it it's going to be more I am so over Aaron's I would never rent from them again and once again I'm going to tell everybody never ever to rent from Aaron's it's always something, I HATE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I keep getting calls from this establishment. The person did not get my permission to use my name for a reference. I want it to stop today. If I receive one more phone I'm getting my attorney to reach out for harassment. The person was rude and then had the nerve to hang up in my ear. You called me, I didn't call you Sir, so don't get mad with me. That's why I don't buy anything from these kind of establishment. It's a dam rip off. I don't want anyone to contact me from this establishment . I mean anyone. I don't care if you called and you didn't get a answer just try again. Thats your job to relay messages not mine. Now good day.

The worst experience I ever had. The manager there has the worst attitude, customer service skills. Manager is is the worst person to represent your business an store location. I wouldn't use any of my hard working money on a store with the ignorance an disrespect. Customers should be treated with respect. What a terrible experience.

Firstly, I never do reviews, my experience with this establishment was horrible enough to render one. I’ve done business with Aarons before in another location, and I have had a wonderful experience. This location is the exact opposite experience. If you so much as were one day late, change your payment date, or set up a payment online like I frequently did, you were getting NUMEROUS phone calls, and them banging on your door :) The breach of contract on your end is insane. Stated in said contract there is a funny little line that states “ If you do not want to receive communication as described in this paragraph, you must provide Aaron's with written notice revoking your prior consent.” (The communication was giving them permission to do contact in practically anyway possible) Which I did, to their Legal department in Georgia like it was stated to do in the contract. So if you want to be harassed, even if you make a payment, go here by all means. Never again will I ever recommend anyone to this place.

Lee and the manager (sorry for forgetting your name) were very helpful with my payment issue. I didn't want to lose my lease. I used my membership benefits. I talked probably too much, but I had to vent. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't understand how this store gets negative reviews. Note: Don't come to Aaron's with an attitude about a payment you owe, but talk to the staff as if You work there and come to a peaceful compromise. Paid off one, almost on second lease, another to go. Thank you, Aaron's.
