Very disappointed. A former manager from this location took my personal information and used it to contact me about her new business. I filed a complaint on July 14 and was told a ticket was created, but as of August 20 nothing has been done. I even tried reaching out to corporate with no response. This is a serious breach of trust.
The website was quick and easy to use. I would have liked other ways to verify my identity, my phone is currently disconnected, but, hopefully, when I go to my local store, I'll be able to handle it.
I had a great experience with Kia. She made the whole process easy. She sent me pictures and communicated with me and help me make a decision. She is a gem.
The store manager was professional Very nice and got me everything that I needed very quick with a short notice and everything was delivered the same day I was very happy and relieved when I walked out of there. Everyone was very helpful and has great customer service
Your employee KIA is the absolute best. She went above and beyond. I'm a single mother and she 100%understood it. She sent pics of what she found after asking all the questions of likes ,dislikes.what I loved is she listened, was not pushy at all. She made the process super easy and I definitely will be returning because of her. She needs a raise!!!!
