What to Expect at This Store
Visiting a rent-to-own store is straightforward. Here is a general overview of what to bring and how the process typically works. Requirements may vary — contact Aaron's directly to confirm.
What to Bring
- Valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter
- Proof of residence — utility bill, lease agreement, or mail with your address
- Personal references — typically 3-4 contacts with phone numbers
How It Works
- 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
- 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
- 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

First place I go to when I need furniture replaced. First choice on appliances, they move it in for you and hook it up, been a valid customer since 2004
I have attempted to terminate my lease several times. The item is still in my possession and has not been picked up. I have documentation of attempts and will be sending s certified letter as well as contacting corporate. I don't think a snow storm is an excuse to lie to a customer.
I've been dealing with this store for a while now asking for my contract and information on the payments I've made to them for over a year and a half no one ever contacts me unless it's a payment to make horrible customer service supposedly from the manager who would not even explain why no one has reached me only asking for payment and when I tried to discuss it he was cutting me off and hung up on me I'm tired of having these people from this store treat me like this after all I've purchased at this store would like someone higher to please contact me. I cannot speak with someone who focuses on cutting customers off without at least explaining, where my money has been going to. no receipts at all or a contract either. I've been paying for a while now without no response of where im at with my payment. Very disrespectful and hanging up on a customer who's spent soo much money at the store.telling me to call Yahoo I did call and they told me there's nothing wrong with my email which ive used for everything at home 🏡. Nothing but excuses for they're disrespectful treatment when collecting payments like if a person is a thief I really would like someone higher up to please contact me before I give another payment . This cannot be good for your company when you have men calling clients who are woman and they speak to them the way they do. Hopefully I will have someone call me back who doesn't keep giving me excuses for the delay on this information that he could have given to me over the phone and kindly corrected this very lengthy situation. I've also noticed in your reviews that alot of clients have experienced the same disrespectful treatment its true they won't call you with the information but treat you like trash when collecting payments while you ask them for the information again. im a front end supervisor and would never treat my customers in that manner.
Do not rent from them! the general manager Nicolas wouldn’t even converse with me about Issues related to payment he just assumed I wanted to argue with him. It seemed very much like discrimination. Against laws enforced by FTC(Federal Trade Commission) the employees here have harassed me for late payments but hang up in my face when I answer my phone, they close the store early whenever they feel like it. I’ve already had to call corporate twice. The general manager Nicolas seemed as if he is scorned from the business and didn’t even want to give me a fair chance maybe it’s discrimination maybe he needs to be retrained but for sure, terrible and demeaning customer service to say the least.
