I have read nothing but negative comments based on Rent-A-Center in New London, but I have not had that experience. I have had the best experience ever. Ever since I started getting my stuff at Rent-A-Center I have been dealing with Jose. He amazing know how to make ppl feeling important and if I miss a payment he know how to help me out. Jose is always very friendly I will continue to purchase my stuff from rent a center. I just wish I had gotten my daughter bed from there cause Aaron is doing nothing but harass me on my payments. I highly recommend Rent-A-Center in New london asked for Jose.
Overall the place is pretty confined and could look a little cleaner. That's why I gave it four stars. However the customer service is pretty swell and they really do work with you on payments if you need to be a little late. Very friendly as they should be. And knowledgeable about their products.
I would like to start with the fact that Ingrid ,I believe is here name has been wonderful. I hope this doesn't reflect on her. The manager there which I was introduced to a year ago hasn't been very nice. And I didn't really like from the start. Today in the middle of the country shutting down is making house calls about a payment that less then 10 days late. I've been a customer for over a year. My Bill's always paid. He wasn't very nice when he showed up at the house. I owe 69 dollars on my 6 month purchase. It will be paid tomorrow. My bet is if you were to replace this guy with Ingrid your store would go from a 3 to a 5 star in no time.
