Hmm get your contacts looked over and notarized all I’m saying- there independent owners - hmm
I bought quite a few things from them until I realized that they were ripping people off. I think pocketing money maybe but late fees are never mentioned until they are supposedly due??? Don't quit understand and the customer service by so called professional management and the way they talk to there customers. Is absolutely much more training needed. I think you just obviously hire anyone off the street but poor choice. And you WILL loose customers that's why NOBODY was in the STORE. They had ONE GUY DELIVER a large couch and of course it got damaged but had such a hard time getting it fixed but never did. I will be sure to tell everyone I know and make sure they tell everybody they know and on and on word of mouth can make or break a branch especially now. Thank you so much for listing to my frustration.

I've been with that company a few years ago and the service was excellent. now I'll come back and the 3 times I've gone no one comes up to ask what I need or why I'm there, it's horrible because it's like you're not there, I approached and I told them what I wanted and they just wrote my personal information in a notebook and that worries me because of the previous times no one did that, the service was very bad, I just hope that my information is safe
