Omg ever since they got a new manager this place sucks! They don’t honor online anymore or their promotions! I’m a gold card member and still have to make a down payment. Smh. I’ll be doing business elsewhere.

Went there to rent a tv wanted a good deal one amber was helping me I didn’t like the price I was getting so I asked the new gm if I could get a good deal on a used tv took her a few mins to help me and the way she treated me was horrible I asked her for a good deal for. Tv and I wanted a recliner she didn’t want to help me or give me a good deal I walked out and never went back I received a call today from Aaron’s the new gm was asking me if I wanted to come to lease something I told her no I told her I didn’t like how she treated me and she said Andre I said definitely not him she said was it amber I told her nope I said was the new general manager I didn’t like her tone and the way she treated me I wanted to be a customer she hung up on me knowing that I was talking about her the new general manager but good luck

Customer Service is absolutely terrible and unprofessional. What’s worse is the GM is the worst of them all and encourages his employees to be just as horrible at their job. They missed out on a lot of money, placed two orders online and was going to place more once I paid the cash price. First and last time going to that location. There’s too much competition out here to waste your hard earned money here!!

I went in for a sofa not long ago and Amber I believe her name was gave me the run around about not having one that would fit, then told me order online. I asked for help due to size matter and delivery issues but got told to go online and have it delivered there. Went somewhere else because customer service was not good, no one else was in the store but me, she could of assisted me. I also noticed they had roaches crawling around which was an even greater sign to leave with out purchasing anything.

Place in order for washing dryer set March 11 never received them so I called to find out what was going on. The person picked up was extremely rude so I hung up and had my husband called back to cancel the order because I do not want to deal with rude people that I have never met. We cancel the order the man calls back just to talk trash, calling corporate immediately, would not recommend this place to my enemy
