No compassion what’s so ever. Even when you call every week to make to try to make a payment.I have been a customer for only a few months. First they delivery broken material to my house . My son bed light was broken and did not work. For weeks I was waiting on a new part and paying full price for a broken bed. I order another bed because that one was taking too long . The bed took another month to come . I try my best to get them a payment every week . They show no compassion but was not complaining when I was paying full price for their broken bed. I will pay my remaining balance and have them come pick up their belongings . Absolute worst customer service ever. I would never recommend this place.
I would not recommend this place. Customer service is horrible. They never return your calls. I was going to rent a 75" with them and they never got back to my boyfriend and I. They did however take our info, license and social. My boyfriend makes 20$ and hour plus commission and plus my income we should have been approved. I didn't even bother calling them back after calling 4 times to see about the application. We just waited on a great deal and bought it cash at the retail store. I hope our information was discarded of. Over all not trustworthy or reliable Rent a Center.
