Unprofessional and unethical practices on part of the store management. There are many other locations avoid this one.
I am having a really bad experience with this company. I have a credit voucher with them and I have went to try to use it numerous times and the assistant and the manager is giving me a hard time and not offering my full dollar amount for the voucher. I have tried to escalate it a few times to a higher manager, and both are telling me to reach out to the 800 number for customer service. I have even told them if you cannot provide me with that number with your district manager or general manager can you please email them my name and number so they can contact me so I can get better assistance. They both still redirected me to a one 800 customer service number. I have called that one 800 customer service number numerous times with fail attempts of trying to get service that I need. The fact that this location does not have any manages higher than the one in store that cannot assist me properly is ridiculous., But yet Rent-A-Center keeps texting me about the voucher I need to use and sending me mail about the voucher I need to use, but yet once I come to this location, they don’t want to use the full value of the voucher. They are telling me that they only use a percentage of it, but not the full one which is ridiculous A month I’ve been coming back-and-forth to the store to get assistance and I am not getting anywhere to rectify this cause apparently there is no manager higher than The woman named Rosethe manager that is there
Hi I’m not trying to dodge you guys and I have no other way to contact you. My phones disconnected so I’m just waiting for my deposit to come in but it will be paid today! It just comes in after you guys close
