I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is a joke, my item was supposed to be delivered yesterday & when I called today the stupid idiot guy said “ we will deliver it by 3pm today” I said but it was supposed come yesterday & can you confirm my address because it’s showing an old address & mind you I called when I placed the order to make sure the address was correct. This idiot said I don’t know that’s the address we have . I’ll have someone give you a call back. I never got a call or information on what happened because I don’t know when to expect the item as it states it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It’s a bunch of clueless fools / clowns working here. Close it down. New management, staff etc. Just trash.To top it all off, these fools are trying to charge me in 4 days for an item I never received 😂 what a joke
I would give this zero stars but that’s not an option. I made an order for a sectional 8/26. I made a payment 8/26 and spoke to customer service and the store manager 8/27 and made another payment. I was told my sectional would be delivered 8/30. I made arrangements and moved everything around for them to come. No one ever showed up, I called customer service and canceled the order they said it has to be processed by the store a manger and they contacted her. They let me know she would process a cancellation and refund. I got a call from her about an hr later and she wanted to confirm I didn’t want the sectional I confirmed I didn’t want it and to cancel the order. She said she canceled it I would get a refund and they wouldn’t charge me anymore. I get a notification from my back with them trying to charge my card this morning. When I contact customer service I’m going through the same process again. She never canceled my order/agreement or processed my refund. I never received my money back and they’re charging me more money. You have a better chance shopping at wayfair or even SHEIN at this point.
Do not go here. I reported the manager millie to both corporate and currently speaking with a lawyer due to never hearing back from district manager. I never received bed set due to me canceling my order, and was told that I cannot received documentation for cancellation. I am still getting calls about the order and in the login still states that I received a delivery.I choose to take my business to bobs, elsewhere. FRAUD company
My experience is always great. The delivery people are always on time and very attentive. The manager Millie is always 10 steps ahead and always is communicative. She always make sure that I understand everything. Thank you Rent-A-Center for always being great to me and my family.
I needed a recliner for a friend who had open heart surgery. I worked with Millie over the phone for everything. She was very accommodating. She made everything very easy for me which I appreciated so much. There was a problem with the delivery, but no fault of theirs. Google took them to the wrong address. Even when I spoke to her after that to cancel the contract, Millie was still pleasant and accommodating. I definitely recommend this Rent-A-Center.
