I am very satisfied with their business and service that I received every time I does business with them.
Never have I had an issue with a store but let me tell you right off the bat.. disrespectful and when you say I can't afford something and need help they just want to shut down the whole account and not work with you especially when you have the whole amount of money in the account.and misses ONE PAYMENT They are rude, and unpleasant to work with and the gentleman yells on the phone. Doesn't care about the customers and makes it inconvenience when you work off hours they just don't care.. wish there was someone else who was calm and comfortable to talk to because they are down right rude
This is the first time I rented furniture from Rent-A-Center and I want to say Everything from Start to Finish was excellent - the service, the Set-Up and Delivery, Andre and his Staff. Could not have been more Happy!!
Never in my lifetime have I given a negative review, but this shall be my first. Problem was communication and professionalism. Rather then listen and understand situation, staff would only talk over me and not let me talk or explain. The staff are too comfortable talking to customers like they are below them ( at least to me) and use any tone and manner they feel at whim until which I finally had to reiterate in kind. I'm a human being and not something below their feet. Because someone is kind and try to keep peace is no reason to treat that person less human. I'm so disgusted I will never do any business with any RAC again. I'm only one person so no loss to them. No loss to me because I am somebody and no less and won't tolerate being made to feel like such. That's where I draw the line. May RAC have continued success, but as for me...No thank you for your service.
