Tire Depot rents to own in Mississippi.

I have bought tires here before,but I had a tire on my company vehicle that was losing air. I call them on a saturday , not knowing if they were open and no one answered the phone. Immediately after I hung up, they called me back and said, come on in. They quickly repaired my tire and when I was ready to leave and prepared to pay They said,"NO Charge, we appreciate your business." Amazing people and amazing service. Thank you Tire Depot, for going above and beyond with your service.

I was traveling from Mississippi to Texaa when my vehicle stopped and wouldn't start. Had it towed to this repair shop. I explained that we were traveling and they immediately diagnosed the issue. Chris and his team were friendly and extremely helpful. I fully recommend this shop. Thank you fellas!

I arrived 10 min after they opened. Needed a tire repaired & lug nuts replaced. I also had a stripped out lug nut. All worked was performed properly. No issues. Took about 35 min or so. $45.00 charge A+ service! Definitely will be back.

I’ve been doing business with Tire Depot since the day they opened many years ago. Along the way they have helped me so many times I cannot count. As with repairing automobiles… Sometimes things don’t go perfect. But one thing is for sure they will always get it right no matter the circumstances. I am so grateful for Zach and Joe. They don’t have an off switch. They will always make it work. I highly recommend Tire Depot and exclusively use them for all my vehicles and references.

I believe the guy at the desk name was Chris. Very unprofessional. I used tired depot for at least 20 years and in that time I have recommended many family and friends. I will never return to tire depot again. This wasn't my first encounter with him. This last time I had my car serviced with Tire Depot and he waited on me, I had a tune up done on it. It cost over a $1000. It still was running rough, so I took it back and he was there. This time it was the fuel injector. It was going to cost me another $4. I decided I was going to keep paying for this service and being treated poorly. When Mr. Woody and the other older gentleman was at the counter. They treated people nice and with respect. I did see the other gentleman when I picked up my car, and he was still nice. Keep him...

When my son popped his tire on a jagged edge of a curb I called Tire Depot to ask if they could fix it. They were so kind and told me to bring the vehicle right in. They replaced the tire in a timely manner and we were able to pick up the vehicle that day! So important to us when it was prom weekend and our son needed his vehicle. I would 100% take our vehicles there again - the staff was wonderful!

I always come to Tire Depot, when me and my husband need work done. I came not long ago with a nail in my tire and very respectful younger guy that they call “jb” was very quick to get me back on the road. He gave me an estimated time and accomplished it within that time frame. I highly recommend The Tire Depot in Byram. The managers teach their crew great work and how to treat customers unlike most around the area.

In September of 2025, we decided to move our tire services from Gateway Tire to Tire Depot. On our first visit, we had a great experience with an older gentleman who advised us that as long as we purchase our tires from them, they will rotate them for free and repair tire flats at no charge. This is the same service offered at Gateway Tire. Prior to this first visit, we were told by a Tire Depot customer that this was a service offered at no charge. We were excited for the change due to the Byram location. On that first visit, we purchased 4 tires for one vehicle, 2 tires for another vehicle and 2 farm implement tires. We decided to move our oil changes to this location and had a great experience with Mr. Spooner during that visit. On 2/18/26, one of the purchased vehicle tires got a flat and we had it fixed at Tire Depot. We were charged $45 to fix the flat. That is approximately 1/3 of the cost of that tire brand new. We spoke with Donovan over the phone later that day and he was very aggressive and rude stating that we did not purchase the warranty that covered these services. I advised him that the warranty was never offered for us to purchase and we were told it was a service that came long with purchasing your tires. He continued to interrupt me, speak over me and not allow me to talk. We are saddened to say we will not be doing any type of business owned by this company anymore due to their poor customer service and not standing by their word. If the customer service continues as it did with me, Tire Depot will likely lose many more customers. I highly recommend finding a different company to do business with.

5 Star service, they efficiently repaired the front end of my truck. The front desk staff is also exceptional. Unlike other companies that may take advantage of customers, this business genuinely cares for their clients and treats them with respect. For now, I will continue to bring my vehicle to this establishment.
