I had an absolutely easy time with our family building. The company was professional and kept in touch with me throughout the process. The delivery set up was quick and perfect. I am still in awe of the building itself and professionalism of this company. Highly recommend

DONT DO IT! We gave them a chance after we saw the bad reviews, they promised the manufacturing issues that were mentioned had been fixed, LIE! William and his wife was super nice over FB messenger and the phone when trying to decide what building and get quotes. But once the paper was signed, the s*&t show started. We ordered in December 2021 and the building wasn't delivered and installed until June 2022. 6 Months of excuses and zero help. Refused to refund our deposit even though we were way past our promised time and contract. Use a credit card so you can dispute and get your refund by the way. William and the owner both mentioned once you pay the money it is spent on bills since their a small family business so they can not refund you at all. American steel, their manufacture, was just as horrible. A phone recorder saved us from getting into a lawsuit when they tried to keep our money after months of waiting for drawings, that were guaranteed to be done in 10-14 business days. We was also never told upfront of the extra $2k extra charge for drawings. They also tried to "upgrade" our building for a high wind storm than needed. They told us it was required for our location which the county thankfully helped us prove them wrong. So we fired them and then Texas Tough Building owner, Josiah got involved to help us around March. Nice guy but also couldn't help make up the lost time, get answers or solutions or refund our money. He hired an individual to fabricate our building and it took 3 more months. Lots of excuses and delays and an absolute mess. The crew that installed it said it was the worst business he has done and wouldn't be installing shops for Texas Tough buildings or this individual manufacture they hired anymore after ours was done. Huge small business supporter but don't use them. The small place on 2100 by taco bell did my friends shop in 4 weeks. Save your self the nightmare and look anywhere but here.

Today we drove from Houston to their business at 12519 FM 1960, Huffman TX 77535 with disappointment. William the (owner) was un-attentive from the start. It seemed because my family I spoke Spanish he was un-interested to attend us, which we later verified when two different English speaking customers came in and the customer service treatment was night from day. Furthermore as we closed on the contract, William seemed extremely impatient and rushed throughout the whole conversion additionally he blatantly be-little us by laughing at any minimal mistake we said. We tried moving forward with the service for the sake of our business but the treatment/discrimination we received was so horrendous we demanded a refund as soon we stepped out the office. We refrained from telling William how we really felt to avoid arguing or escalating anything in front of his children.
